Which is the best file format?
In our opinion the ideal format is PDF, because it can be edited, is interpreted, takes up little memory, it is standard and can be used on different operating systems, easy to create and allows trapping.

What are the main advantages of Computer-to-Plate technology as opposed to traditional film montage?
- Lower costs, because films are not needed, nor manual montage of films.
- Higher quality thanks to accuracy in register, the possibility of using very high line or stochastic screens, and obtaining a perfect point on the plates.
Great flexibility. The whole process is speeded up and changes can be made to the imposition or last-minute correction.

Can I be sure that the ozalids will be the same as the final result?
Yes. The ozalids are processed by starting from the master PDF with the same RIP as the plates. The only difference is the final resolution.

Is the colour of the ozalids authentic?
No, it is just for guidance, because they are printed with high-production laser devices.

Are digital colour proofs reliable as a reference for offset printing?
Yes, provided they are good quality and correctly calibrated.
